How to maintain drilling fluid shaker in cold weather

Linear vibrating screen uses vibration motor excitation as vibration source, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, while moving forward in a straight line. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, completely closed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, etc., which is more suitable for assembly line operation.

First, drilling fluid vibrating screen operation precautions:

1 In the drilling fluid vibrating screen, the motor is filled with JS-4 high-temperature noise reduction lithium grease once every three months, when the grease is injected, to prevent foreign bodies from entering the oil hole, the oil injection amount is 30 ~ 40 grams/each bearing.

2 When the amount of oil in the manual oil pump is reduced, the oil pump will not work normally, and 10# oil should be injected in time.

3 When moving and transporting, it is necessary to fix the screen box and place it horizontally to prevent the deformation of the vibrating screen due to severe vibration, thus affecting the service life of the vibrating screen.

4 The thermal relay installed in the electric control box is used as overload and phase loss protection. If the electric control box is tripped and stopped by the motor or for other reasons, it should wait 5 ~ 10 minutes and can be opened again after the fault is removed.

Second, drilling fluid vibrating screen maintenance:

1 Before use, the vibrating screen should be started for about 10 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal sound or fault, and then turn into a working state.

2 When the vibrating screen is stopped in the middle, it should be washed with clean water in time to avoid the debris and drilling fluid solidifying on the screen and blocking the screen holes. After drilling or stopping use, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned.

3 When cleaning the accumulated chips on the screen, do not use sharp objects, so as not to damage the screen.

4 Often check the fasteners of various parts, if found loose, they should be fastened in time.

5 Check the fixing bolts of the screen in time to ensure that the screen is evenly tightened and properly loosened, otherwise, the service life of the screen will be reduced.

6 The exciting motor is not allowed to be replaced at will, otherwise, the characteristics of the vibrating screen will change.

7 If the excitation motor does not turn after the power is switched on, the power supply should be cut off quickly to avoid burning the motor.

8 When one drilling fluid shaker meets the needs, the two shakers should be used alternately to extend the service life of the equipment.

9 According to the drilling fluid in the screen surface coverage length (75% ~ 80%), select the mesh number.
